Mô Tả Công Việc
* Set up the accounting management process.
* Set up the financial report system.
* Manage and control the Company’s accounting, finance and taxation:
1. Cash flow: daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Check all documents for payment via bank or by cash
2. Control tax reports made by accounting staff
- V.A.T report
- P.I.T report
- C.I.T report
- Others
3. Monthly finance statement:
- Cost and expense management
- Fixed asset control
- Costing Inventory
- Making trial balance, Income statement, balance sheet and other internal reports.
4. Year-end financial statement
- Making yearly finance statement
- Direct working with auditors for auditing reports
- Other year-end internal reports when being required
5. Train accounting staff
6. Update new law of Vietnam
7. Solving sudden works occurred in accounting department
8. Support other departments when requirement given
* Analyze the financial report under the Board of Directors’ requires.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Skills/ability:
- Good skill in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, )
- Foreign language: Well speaking, listening and writing English
- Good understanding the law of Vietnam
- Good skill of negotiation, communication, presentation, convince
- Good synthesis, analysis skills
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Skill of good time management
- Have the knowledge and skill in management, leadership;
- Have skill to work independently, creative, problem solving and decision making.
- Work under high pressure.

2. Experience:
- University or above of accounting and finance.
- Time of work: at least 5 years experience working in the fields of accounting finance;
- Have strong experience as general accountant or chief accountant in advertising, media, mass communication commercial industries at least 3 years.

3. Personal morality: Frank, honest, careful, hardworking, enthusiastic

4. Other Requirements:
- Sex: Male/Female
- Health: Good
- Appearance: Good looking appearance
